Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, and nothing added at checkout.
We ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with a 5:00 PM (GMT) cut-off. After that, handling takes 1–2 business days and delivery another 6–8, so most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can check it any time on our Track Your Order page.
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa. Every payment is processed securely.
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. The full process is in our Refund & Return Policy.
